About 12 years ago, being worked in the field of Marketing, I was fascinating with photos produced by the photographers then. Thought of picking up Photography as a hobby but did not really venture further.
11 years are wasted! (Lesson, Life is short! Have fun and enjoy)
Around March 2010, my suggestion of getting a DSLR for product shooting at the company i am presently working was rejected. We were then using Canon Ixus 400. Reason was being DSLR would not produce images much different as compare to the 4MP Point n Shoot! WHAT???
Numeric figure, there MUST be a different between 4MP and 10+MP, right?
I wanted to take up Photography long ago...............
I am firmed of Photography as my hobby!!
Next was brand of Camera and which series?
"Go with the brand that most of your friends are using!!"
- Friends can advise on camera functions
- Can borrow or test on other lenses and gadgets
"Get the Camera model or series that you can afford, be it a Film, Compact or DSLR !!!"
- You got to start somewhere, get a used camera if budget is an issue
- Get a reasonable Good model thus minimizing the upgrading issue
- Camera is just a Tool
- Man behind this Tool is the one that work the magic or the Artist
I own a Nikon D90 since 15 May 2010.
